Britches is currently living in Sydney, NSW with our best friend, Lisa and her family.
We want to thank Lisa and her family for helping us and for giving Britches the opportunity to be the fantastic horse that she is.
This is our beautiful Britches. She is registered with the The Paint Horse Association of Australia LTD.
She was purchased from a reputable breeder and horse trainer and was our first horse. She is a wonderful girl with gorgeous looks and a pleasing personality. Britches has been handled by our 12 year old son since the first day we got her. She has attended riding lessons, riding camps and trial rides.
Britches is a smart, quick thinking girl. She is suited to a dedicated rider that would like to train in a particular area and pursue that discipline. Britches is not suitable for a complete beginner.
Britches is extremely easy to catch, she ALWAYS comes from the paddock, first time, every time when she is called. She has good ground manners and is easily led by children. She is used to dogs and has not spooked since we have had her. She has been on roads and enjoys a good outing. Britches gets along well with other horses and is a pleasure to work with. She is easy to shoe, no problems to float (floats like a professional), is well adjusted and loves being in the company of people.
Britches has a lovely soft snaffle mouth and will be a wonderful show prospect or a general all rounder. Britches has also had a bit of experience around cows but has not worked with them since we have had her. She has had one foal and was a wonderful mother. Britches would also be suitable for breeding.
Britches is current with her worming program and is vaccinated (due July 2010).
